We believe that everybody has a part to play in the mission of Inverness Vineyard Church and we would love everybody who calls our church home to find a place to serve, pick up their piece as we put together the picture of the church God wants us to become. The steps we are taking will require more folk to sign up as time goes on, so if you are in a place to give in this way, please fill out below and be blessed as you serve the vision of our wee church.

What is the regularity of the services in the month? – we are having gatherings every week with the months having 5 Sundays having a Community Sunday outreach.

Can I serve in more than 1 team? – Absolutely! Some of the teams are more resourced than others so we would love you to do so if you feel able!

I’m part of the church but don’t feel able to serve just now- is that OK? Absolutely! We are well aware that for some of us have alot happening in life and it is a big enough step to make church without having to worry about serving too. If you can’t serve just now – that’s ok! Just come as you are. You are just as loved and important to us and God should you serve or not.

Through these initiatives, Inverness Vineyard Church aims to bring hope, compassion, and meaning locally — serving Inverness, strengthening relationships, and sharing God’s love in practical, relevant ways.

Community EVENTS
Between Community Funday's and Sundays, we run various events through the year to love our city in a really practical way. Keep an eye on the calendar for the next ones.

These sessions give families with young children a joyful space to learn, play, and grow together through music, creativity, and friendship.
Foodbank Collections
We invite our church to donate and partner with Inverness Foodbank, to be responsive as a community when needs arise.
Bags of Hope
Our outreach every Christmas: offering practical festive blessings to those who are homeless or in vulnerable situations across the city.
Our Giving
We commit 10% of our income as a 'set apart fund', giving to things outwith our own church commuunity.

Local Mission – Activities that serve and benefit our city and those outside our church community.

National Mission (Home for Good) – We partner with Home for Good, a UK charity helping children and young people in care find stable, loving homes. Their heart is to see every child thrive, and as they grow their presence in Scotland, we long to be a church family that fosters and adopts where possible.

Street Pastors Inverness -we support financially Inverness Street Pastors who connect with hundreds of people in the city over the weekend evenings sharing God's love in practical ways.

Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland (VCUKI) – Our wider Vineyard movement, resourcing and equipping churches across the UK and Ireland for mission, training, and international outreach to share Jesus’ love in some of the world’s most challenging places.

At Inverness Vineyard Church, we’re passionate about mission, and we’re so thankful for the generosity of those who are helping to plant the seeds – providing us with the resources to carry out our ministry and work in our communities and beyond, sharing Jesus, spreading hope and love in practical, powerful ways.

Our offering is taken up during all our Sunday services. We have a basket which is passed around during worship, but there are several other ways you can give:
Give by cash or cheque: You can give on Sundays at our services by cash or cheque. If you would like to let us know who the gift is from, or if you are a UK taxpayer, you can pick up a gift aid form which will allow us to claim Gift Aid on your giving where possible. Cheques are made payable to ‘Inverness Vineyard Church’.
